Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship to Studio
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
